What resolution are you trying? Ive had that with other games. There is an issue in that it will run at fos or more, which sounds great until your card overheats. I see this all the time and that is why I specifically asked you here what your antivirus program was. I highly suggest that you get rid of Norton and get an antivirus that is good and not listed in that linked support page. Get rid of Norton, reboot and try to play the game again. You will need to reverify the game files becaue Norton maybe has blocked or removed necessary files to the game to work It really is a crap antivirus and some even claim it is malicious in its own right.

Get rid ot Norton, totally uninstalling it from your system, reboot and do this exactly as it says
